In an independent experiment, I’ve been able to determine that poking fun at COVID-19 is still super funny. After hours of study with a research group (sample size: 1), the conclusion was drawn that though the Corona Virus is a worldwide tragedy that will cause unquantifiable amounts of pain, duress, and suffering, but none of that matters cause I’m not sick yet.
When I inevitably catch it in a week, maybe this won’t be so funny, but that’s far off! In the present, I’m spending my days laughing at memes between bouts of painful dry coughs.
Some (self-proclaimed) scientists have theorized that not finding virus humor comedic or appropriate may be another symptom, though this has yet to be confirmed.
